The Company also provides Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation services to the oil industry. The Drilling business unit carries out drilling programs in the onshore and offshore environments globally. In December 2013, the Company sold the entire share capital of Floaters SpA and Firenze FPSO business line to Eni SpA.
