Pre-tax, unaudited, operating income excluding merger related costs and income for the six months ended June 30, 2016 was $3,654,000 ($0.85 per share), which is 136% better on a share adjusted basis than the $966,000 ($0.36 per share) achieved for the same reporting period last year prior to the merger. As of June 30, 2016 total shares outstanding was 4,322,252 and market capitalization was $46.7 million.
