Any new investors... please know what you are up against.
Using a 5 year plan is great. OK, this has had 3 or 4 5 year plans..... We are pretty much 20 years into this.
The good news is : Holy crap, how many of these pink sheet type stocks last this long??
Please, we have had this same exact news before. Maybe even better?
If you are new, only invest what is no big deal. This has stretched out over 20 years already.
Please do not cash out the kids college fund for this "sure thing"....
I would like to hope this pays, but time will tell. The odds are still against it.
My personal opinion is that this technology is 20 years too late?
Mr Coates has been afraid to let people help. He is the "Man" Well, smarter people than him have found this to be false...
It take a team. He appears to now be possibly doing this, just is it 20 years late??
With a CEO who can not delegate, many of you who are way smarter than my construction working ass, can advise me differently, but it generally is a bad thing.
Lord only knows, what this could have been 20 years back if he had gotten help and actually worked with some big name builders.
If he claims he tried, that should maybe be a bigger warning?
