so - Bill is not on the call and they do not even address his presence or lack thereof...? maybe they missed the critical nature of his presence with shareholders.

neither speakers addressed the IR relationship relative to TPAC. that is the first thing one does when speaking to a new audience.

Bill absolutely needs to be on this call to answer these questions not only with the technical and market detail required - but the tone. this guy sounds like he is pitching something on late night TV. talking in circles around NAVAIR certs and industry acceptance.

they need to go over a summary of the 90 day reconstruction period, what was done, how it was done, and then provide a summary on moving forward along the lines of:

financing - $10MM loan details. EXIM details
revenues/guidance
SLA ramp up

why would you start with questions before summarizing the reconstruction process and results?

if they dont ratchet up specifics on revenues/guidance and provide confidence that dilution will be minimal - price is going to tank. so far - these answers are providing no more clarity or assurance than the long tweets/emails.

yes i am being critical. very. it is warranted due to the PPS decline and commitments made end of 2015/beginning of 2016.
