MJ doesn't "cure" PTSD. It may, and that is a big "may" treat its symptoms but it doesn't cure a mental illness.
A cure means it eliminates a disease or condition without having to retake the MJ, which is not true.
Treating the symptoms is an ongoing process.
(Sorry to pull my clinical psychotherapist card, but let's not let people confuse a one time cure with an ongoing treatment).
