When Priebus tweeted "the Trump-Pence ticket" will put America first, Olbermann observed, "Hey, @Reince, you misspelled 'Trump-Putin.'"

Democrat speakers used some very powerful imagery last night at the Democratic National Convention. The Republican response was tepid, at best, as you would expect from what they have to work with.

Speaking of the Chairman of the Republican National Committee, Reince Priebus sent out a tweet in the wee hours of the morning, most likely in response to President Obama’s speech at the Democratic National Convention. As responses go, it was as weak as Trump’s, and it was Keith Olbermann’s response that really gave it life:

Simple typos, we are sure. Hm-mm. Keith Olbermann, as only Olbermann can do, destroyed Reince Priebus and the pretensions of the RNC that Trump is a qualified candidate for the office of president.

Trump’s response to his conspiratorial ties to Russia is to claim “it’s just a total deflection, this whole thing with Russia.” This is after he publicly invited the Russians to hack Hillary Clinton.

As another reader noted, Priebus spelled “Russia” wrong in his tweet too. It isn’t spelled A-M-E-R-I-C-A. Poor Reince. Makes you want to ask him, “How many rubles are in YOUR pocket?”
