I agree with you, but why do you feel we will wait

I agree with you, but why do you feel we will wait till September before the judge sees the motions or rules on them. You may be right about this but I feel that one has nothing to do with the other. Hjoe is motioning the court for a summary judgement , what takes place in September is another mediation. I would be more inclined to believe that the judge would want to clean up the docket prior to moving forward with mediation. I'm just guessing on all this of course but it makes sense to me.
