(TSX VENTURE: MAT)(OTCQX: MHREF) are pleased to report the completion of its summer exploration program on the Sakami Gold Project. The program consisted of geological and geophysical surface work in two separate areas. The first area of work was the JR area, where detailed mapping and sampling were done. A total of 303 rock grab samples were sent to the ALS laboratory in Val-d'Or for gold assaying. Work was also done on the Peninsula area, where a magnetic and electromagnetic ground survey of +/- 70 km was conducted, followed by a geochemical soil survey (B horizon) on the entire Peninsula area, with systematic sampling every 50 metres on lines spaced at 100 metres. A total of 728 samples were collected and sent to the ALS laboratory to be assayed for gold and indicator minerals.
