If we make acquisitions that get IFCR to the 50 Million volume mark, I could see the buyout being possible. Matter of fact that has been a topic of discussion with DF that I have had. Originally he said if he gets it to 100 million he could shop it for someone to purchase but most companies wont even look at a small firm until it gets there. Last time we talked he hinted around at 50 million volume being the mark. Reading between the lines you could interpret that to mean that he has been actively shopping it and we may be looking at a buy out or a divestiture of several of the subs. There are a lot of avenues to pursue.
My opinion is this: IFCR has multiple directions it can go. They are trying to get current with their filings to increase share price. They are also shopping the company to larger firms at the same time and probably already have an asking price in mind. They are also paying off all the debt except for the debt owed to DF and HH plus the biggest partner / creditor. They are both looking for a payoff in the form of higher stock prices or a buy out. I think they will take either and are chasing both at the same time.
Again.... just my opinion. I have been wrong so many times before even I struggle to believe that it could be possible.
