Out of context. She was referring to the causes of the attack.
Not a single one of 9 Congressional Committees, all chaired by the GOP and majority staffed by GOP members, assigned culpability for the 4 deaths to Clinton.
They ALL also confirmed there was no 'stand down order'.
So all you've got is yet another GOPER 'wet dream'!
I guess you don't learn how to 'keep it real' on that site that could just as well be called 'Get Off My Lawn!'
