a) why wasn't any of this in place already?
b) When did FDA tell them they would need these check and balances?
c) who is funding all this increase in head count?
d) why no mention of inventory build
e) what have they ordered from factory?
f) what is the lead time for first delivery of production laser?
g) what is anticipated impact on SS of above costs?
some answers to these shareholder concerns could help assess the risk reward here.
