$LCLP's CEO expects the Mobeego® charger to be in Big Box retailers within the next 90 days
He expects the Life Clips 4k Action Camera to be in Big Box retailers within the next 30-60 days
He has begun taking definitive action to prepare for an up-list to NASDAQ between 2016-year end and summer of 2017
