Yeah, for me it boils down to this CEO not holding his word. Even if the company is ok and this may pan out in the future, I just can't be involved in a company where the CEO is unreliable or can't do what he says he's going to do. Nobody is that busy, nobody.
I think we would have more folks staying around and less haters if he was more transparent. I'm not saying he has to check-in every day and give us his calendar, but come on, he doesn't tell us anything unless somebody calls him and then he doesn't even carry out what he tells those folks.
Nope, I learned long ago to know when to cut sling, cut your losses and move on.
