I believe CDEL is trying to cover a short position on a 14-tick spread.
He has a bid attractive enough to a few remaining bottom up flippers who are foolish enough to sell for about 10% of 100K at .0130
A few short sells below the bid to give the illusion it is going down.
Small amount on ask so as not to lose too many shares when it is hit.
Breaking slaps on the ask into partial fill small amounts - for example 2 x 7930 at 15:53:42.
We could get a short squeeze again whenever we get a few sequential hits on the ask in the 100Ks.
