I suspect the photos of the new equipment and factory space has something to do with this new outreach. You usually build infrastructure in anticipation of growth. The amount of equipment is not being installed based on a guess or a hope for a certain amount of business, if is being installed on the fact that a certain amount of business will in fact occur.
