First and foremost, the company needs sales. Most buyouts I've seen, in passing, are of companies with 100s of millions of dollars in sales. Now, I have not researched this, I'm sure there are exceptions, so I'm only making a casual observation not rooted in research.
This topic came up before so I paid attention to the landscape over a year ago when people proposed the same question.
There has to be something of value for a multi-billion dollar company to buy. RMHB is no where near that level. That's not an insult, just an observation and it's not to say they cannot get to that level, because they certainly can, but years down the road.
I think people buy this stock like it's a lottery ticket and they check the numbers daily. These pink sheets are like a lottery ticket but you aren't finding out the numbers for 3-5 years down the road.
I know, not so much fun! But it's getting there.
