Yes and 2016 seems to have taken PTOI's activity down a notch further. At least in 2015, PTOI wrote two press releases related to EcoNav LLC buying up a storm and finding new customers. Even though Mr. Heddle didn't lift a finger in 2015, there was an impression that there was activity. This year Mr. Heddle isn't even pretending to do anything.
