Rest of the world 317 Billion
So let divide 664 Billion by 14 = 47.4 Billion
Seems to me Closing all US oversea's operations would save 550 Billion per year and everyone that wants free trade and keep there own trade routes open can spend their own money.
Or you could add 42 Billion per year to your budgets and pay our costs
