Thanks for your input. Your 60 million estimate of shares in strong hands is low. Many of us estimate over 2 billion in outstanding shares out there. There are investors on this board with over $60 million shares, some close to the 5% limit of 2 billion. I'm guessing that at least half (1 billion shares) are in strong hands, maybe as high a 1.4-1.5 billion. Just a guess.
