Because what you just elaborated on is only words and speculation. Need to see audited financials, terms of the debt restructuring, terms of future dilution, something major that they have actually accomplished. Their product is an APP on numerous platforms just like 10-15 other apps.
Any true investor (not a gambler would not touch this stock right now). It is a penny stock that bloated its OS with toxic debt, did a R/S, kept the AS too high.
They have no very limited marketing.
As many others have said here: If they have such a fantastic,unique product why aren't name brand companies, and big investors scrambling to take a stake in this "gem".
Now we're told they are having an interview next week on a social media platform with 332 members. They sure do things small time at NTEK with such a fantastic product.
