The early founders of this country were Protestant and for years run out the RCC. In 1701 there was the unification of the Crown of England, started maybe 100 years earlier. The unification of 1701 effectively closed the book on the RRC in the UK. Revolutionary wars starts shortly after French Indian war in reality,.Continental Army needed arms and a fleet, so Ben Franklin being very anti RC still went to France to seek aid.
In 1778 France effectively went to War with England supporting the New Country. Why ? Have to consider the French Monarchy was RC. Though it took almost another 200 years to get a foot hold in American Politics. Which started when JFK took the oath of office. JFK though signed a letter that disavowed his oath to the RCC. In 1960 forward the RCC church was and has been very active in controlling public office. RC Hospital systems are some of the largest in the United States and world. aka (why we have Obamacare) and a unseen blank document was signed.

What could Trump do?
Not honor non sovereign US debt, repeal Obamacare, Audit the FED and close the IRS. The Eurodollar is post WWII US money. Not accounted for by the FED. US tax payer are paying on. Make no mistake the UK left the EU under the Brexit vote for a reason. That exit and a Trump Presidency would or could Bankrupt many Elite and maybe the RCC.
