Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton is scheduled to appear on “Justice with Judge Jeanine” on the Fox News Channel in the 9 pm ET hour Saturday, July 23, 2016, to discuss the ongoing developments in the Hillary Clinton email scandal.

Tom will be discussing Judicial Watch’s continuing litigation of its lawsuit that seeks information about former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s non-state.gov email system. Judicial Watch recently asked a federal judge for permission to depose Clinton and two other witnesses.

Thanks to Judicial Watch’s litigation, many more of Clinton’s emails should soon be made public, as the FBI today will provide several thousand “deleted” Clinton emails to the State Department for review and release under the Freedom of Information Act.
