It is indirect because it is the affiliate of UMS Corp.
UMS LLC is CPD Mobile. I think it would have been much more clear as to what was going on if they would have just said that CPD Mobile is filing for bk and the other affiliates under UMS Corp, United PPD, and International Touch Point are not.
I hope that they issue a PR which explains all of this so everyone is on the same page.
If someone still talks to Levy can you ask if he can issue a PR to explain what part of this company has filed for bk and what the effect will be on shareholders. I don't believe shareholders will be affected at all but it would be nice if the company would confirm it.
