Another bla-bla BS letter to shareholders. Who believes this anymore ?

We have implemented a 75% reduction in the authorized level of common stock . The reverse was taken in an effort to greatly reduce the sell-off of shares related to previous financing arrangements. This was not desired by current management and we have worked hard with our partners to craft a plan that is beneficial to all parties including our loyal shareholders.
Say what ? Pre-split 2 bln AS, after the 25.1 split 499 mln AS (equals to 12.5 bln pre split), is that a 75% reduction in AS ?. That is a 500% INCREASE.
Does he believe what he's writing ?. Does he really believe we can't do simple math ?
Yeah, the RS was really "beneficial to all parties including our loyal shareholders". We're currently at the lowest ever SP !
That really is a hell of a "recapitalisation plan", on the back of shareholders.
Share dumping has been re-initiated. Monday, 25 mln "old" shares went over the counter, thursday another 55 mln were shovelled into the boiler.

The reduction in outstanding shares also allows us to distribute some restricted shares to the many great team members that have worked long and hard to build the amazing products and services we have to offer. By rewarding them with a small portion of ownership we can ensure their continued dedication to corporate growth and increased shareholder value.
The many great team members, that have left the building maybe, and need compensation ?
To increase shareholder value, shouldn't the share price be going up, instead of down ?

...while defining a go forward plan to secure much needed capital for further expansion of the business.
= revenue still sucks.
They have a goal, to maybe distribute the NTGL dividend shares before the end of the year. Great.
And, yes, they have set a goal to do audited financials next fiscal year. Ain't that great. They even have set up a "state of the art" finance department. A "state of the art" CFO must be hard to find though, since they've been searching for over a year.

Last but not least, and besides the many goals, "We will continue to announce significant strides that UltraFlix makes including several more announcements in the coming months. During this time we understand the need to be as communicative and transparent as we can be so that our shareholders stay informed."
That we already know is smoke and mirrors.
BTW, no talk about an upcoming SHM ....
