I look at a lot of penny stocks that actually have audited financials in the OTC that seem to still have difficulty getting financing too for one reason or another.
My thought is a company needs to show at recurring, steady revenue quarter over quarter for a substantial period of time with audited financials to verify that fact. It surely would not have hurt.
I think this is one of the forward steps a company needs to take to evolve. I also think it's really hard for a small company to do all the stuff it needs to do and they need to prioritize where and how to spend the money they have.
How I think they were going to do it was first proof of concept ((Interstellar and other movies) to show the business concept would work. Then they established a working, money generating model with content deals with Paramount and other content providers. They added support for HD as well as 4K to generate revenue from the current market as well as the expanding 4K business environment. They are also generating revenue from the conversion of movies from to 4K specifications.
They have proven their model can work, so now they can focus on expanding their content offerings and start adding the bells and whistles needed to move the business growth forward. to also include audited financials.
They also need to get the proper management team in place to do that. Previous management was at good at getting the connections and tools in place to get them where they are. The next evolution in management needs to be able to move them to the next level. Some of the current management can continue in their roles, some of them need to change to move the company forward.
All of this is just my opinion on the whole thing. We're at a transitional stage right now. All of these plans need to be funded. I don't know if the company is generating enough revenue yet to do all of this. I guess time will tell.... I expect some bumps in the road still to come.......
