I appreciate finally getting word from the company

I appreciate finally getting word from the company but it only stated what has transpired and what we all ready know. I would have liked to know:
1. Who are the new team, qualifications and when do they begin in reference to CEO, CFO, COO, Marketing Director, etc. ?
2. What is going on at NTGL. Who is there, what are they doing, why haven't we heard anything from NTGL?
3. 4K Studios, have they purchased another machine, did they add people?
4. When does marketing begin? Why is ultraflix not on platform boxes? Why doesn't Best Buy and other retail outlets that sell 4K know about Ultraflix.
5. What is the status of Paramount 950 film 4k conversion?
6. Are the content providers paying NTEK for converting their films?
7. What are those employees doing in MA, is NTEK making money on things being developed there?
8. The A/S may have been reduced by 75% but shareholders took a far greater reduction, why is that? Why the 25.1 for one split? What is the .1 split for? Is that to compensate the transaction at shareholder expense? After the 25.1 split A/S was 80 mil now 499 mil that is a 6.24 X increase. That is huge. Why was this the only option?
