Looks like Treaty didn't meet the burden of proof required. Along with a procedural error. It goes without saying that taking on the SEC is not an easy matter. They won't just roll over and take it without a fight.
An example of that is the tremendous resistance against Judicial Watch and JW has a hell of a lot more resources and lawyer expertise than we do.
