Service Team Inc. (SVTE) acquired 100% of Delta Stag in June of 2013 (in exchange for 4 million shares of SVTE common stock), and since that time has maintained a sustained growth (see below ; http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SVTE/financials). Delta Stag was run by Trade Leasing, Inc., a California corporation that was incorporated on November 1, 2011, and commenced business January 1, 2013.
The Company is a manufacturer of commercial truck bodies/truck parts and offers custom modifications such as Refrigerated Truck Body; Dry Freight Cargo Body; Furniture Body; Refrigerated Cargo Van; Stake & Flat Beds; Refrigerated Cargo Trailers; in the Southern California area (Oceanside, Carlsbad, Vista, Fallbrook, Encinitas).

Service Team Completes the Purchase of MCV Companies, Inc
and reports Reports Record Sales (VILLA PARK, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 21, 2016) Service Team, Inc. (OTC Pink: SVTE, "Service Team" is pleased to announce the filing of its quarterly report for the period ending May 31, 2016.
The Company achieved record sales of $947,796 for the quarter ending 5-31-2016 compared with $664,454 for the same quarter last year. We look forward to continued growth throughout the year.
Robert Cashman, President of Service Team stated: "I am pleased to announce that we have completed the acquisition of MCV Companies, Inc. ("MCV" . MCV will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Service Team, Inc. The acquisition was funded with a combination of cash and stock. This is the first of several acquisitions that Service Team, Inc. is currently negotiating."
Service Team will report combined revenues of approximately $5,000,000 in its financial statements for its fiscal year ended 8-31-2016, compared to gross revenues of $2,611,766 for its fiscal year ended 8.31.2015.

Service Team's Growth Continues (VILLA PARK, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 30, 2016) Robert Cashman, President of Service Team, Inc. (SVTE) announced today that the Company has completed 1/3 of the 60 van order received in May 2016 and has taken possession of the next 20 vans.
Mr. Cashman went on to say, "that the Company is producing more vehicles' than ever at the plant therefore we have secured additional facilities to increase production. We continue to improve the use of the new facility in Fullerton California to maximize production. Now that we have additional space we are taking possession of the last 20 of this order today."

Service Team Inc. Reports Record Sales (VILLA PARK, CA / ACCESSWIRE / June 3, 2016) Robert L. Cashman, President of Service Team Inc. (SVTE) announced that Service Team Inc. is continuing its practice of reporting positive results for the three month period ending May 31, 2016. Service Team Inc. has reported a steady growth in sales every Quarter since acquiring Trade Leasing Inc. dba Delta Stag Mfg in June 2013. This Quarter makes the 13th successive Quarter with an increase in sales every Quarter.
For the Quarter ending May 31, 2016 the company is reporting sales of $800,216, compared to the prior Quarter of $709,520. The same Quarter last year had sales of $625,837.
Overall performance for the nine months year to date totaled sales of $2,372,448 compared to the nine month period of the prior year of $1,876,415 or, an increase of Twenty-six percent (26%).
The company has now expensed all of the moving costs and has maintained break even or better profitability during this period.
Mr. Cashman further stated: "This phenomenal growth is attributed to an outstanding team of dedicated employees. We look forward to continued growth and profitability in the future."

Service Team Inc. Moves to Larger Quarters (VILLA PARK, CA/ Marketwired/ April, 26th) Robert L. Cashman, President of Service Team Inc. (OTC PINK: SVTE), announced today that Service Team Inc. has completed the relocation of its manufacturing facility to Fullerton California.
Service Team Inc., effective September 1, 2015, leased new facilities at 1818 Rosslynn Avenue, Fullerton, California, to manufacture its products. The Company moved from 10633 Ruchti Road, South Gate, California to its new location effective October 1, 2015. The new facility is leased for six and one half years at a price of $10,000 per month, for the first six months; and, $14,000 per month thereafter. Service Team Inc. pays for the fire insurance and property taxes on the building estimated to be approximately $2,000 per month. The location consists of three acres of land and one building of approximately 30,000 square feet. The facility is approximately one-third larger than the prior facility in South Gate. The new facility gives us 30% more in manufacturing and outside storage area. This larger and newer facility will allow the company to continue to expand.
The company has now expensed all of the cost for moving to the new location and is back in full production.
Mr. Cashman stated that "The company has retired the following convertible notes." Vis Veres Group $38,000, JMJ Financial Group $27,778, L.G. Capital $26,500, Tangiers Capital Group $55,000 and U.S. Affiliated, Inc. $14,315.
