The reorganization plan will be approved once the courts see the ongoing relationship with T-Mobile and 10.2 Milli revenues ... ultimately leading to debt free expansion, opening new stores, wiping out convertibles .. if they wouldn't have filed this, we would've had lenders breathing down our necks every minute so its a positive move overall ..
