One moron whacked the large bid at .0185 - just to make $200 at most - and then other flippers panicked and undercut the ask repeatedly. Then MM CDEL, sensing the panic, walked it down to enable reloading on bids in the .015s.
Already back up to .0174 and at least we are now rid of a few more of the lunch money flippers who can't cause a problem at a more critical point such as the breakout at .02 or running past the previous high around .0243.
