The company from what I understand is not doing on-site research and development any longer. That is being done by the Faro's and by the federal agency with which the company is working. I also assume that the various companies to which NanoLogix is selling the Flatpack tech are adapting the technology to their specific needs. If you visualize what is occurring in that way then NanoLogix is using the skilled abilities of others to develop the Flatpack and N-Assay to precisely fit what they are doing.
