The bigger evil
Is justifying with the purpose of either disabling and/or disarming law abiding citizens to include the police...
The bigger issues is reducing crime as a whole.
That for the most part is a social economic problem which is compounded by failed families and failed school systems.
If you want to track data. Find the county seat, court house and the welfare office.
There you will find the democrat model poverty, poor health, poor educated,no jobs and crime. Food chain builds out from there.
Add in gangs, police find themselves containing rather than policing. The majority of the white race in poverty live outside those lines in most cases because they have family support that are not trapped in the system.
Then you are left with Blacks, Hispanic, Asian and other living on top of each other inside cities. Gangs form lines are drawn and warring parties fight for turf.
They have their own Judicial System. Almost like the Amish living inside the United States. They live by there own principles and laws. Though because they are in most cases less violent, they are left alone. Difference Amish have a economy of their own. Inner city their economy is welfare and crime. Anachist
Gets even more complicated as you bring jobs back into those area's and displace the masses.
