the reason why is very simple .. even with yesterday's *over due* .. volume
avgs remain going in one direction..
which presents a real problem with CEs' 12500 debacle about to *end* ..
Volume 12,500
Volume (10 day Average) 48,030
Volume (90 day Average) 59,216
CEs' are praying that an NT is filed vs the Q in mid August .. it will allow
them the opportunity to provide *volume* .. and another round of resets
i suspect CEs' .. if able to .. will reset March's 52 week low .. this week
or next .. .. i had debated about my next bid being placed at 2c .. but i think
i'm going to stick with my original thinking of 1c ..
it would be nice if mgmt saw fit to update shareholders .. even if it is just to note
that they remain working on previously noted items ..
