Hi, long time investor in HJOE and believer!!! I've been watching them for a long time and was thinking about becoming a dealer a year ago. I'm glad they didn't have to do a reverse split. I believe this company is fighting for us, but of course this lawsuit is holding things up for obvious reasons. It's all in the judges hands.
I like to plan for the worst and come up with a game plan. Even if hangover joes loses this lawsuit, and the judge lets KBM convert all of their money into shares, (which I don't see happening, probably a cash settlement at the most) investors will panic and the stock will collapse. If that happens wouldn't that be a perfect time to buy? Everything will be behind them and they'll have a new beginning. Management has told us they are done with toxic loans. What do guys think? What's your game plan?
