70-80MM shares is still significant dilution though certainly not cataclysmic. if the majority of the volume was MMs trading back and forth to drive price down and take out weak hands/stop losses - than that should mean we get a quick ride back up to where the manipulation started.
however - VNDM is still on the ASK at 0.001 and will more than likely continue selling once price gets back to that level.
further - even if the majority of shares went back and forth - there will still be 10s of millions or maybe hundreds that will be held by short term one to two tick flippers that will have to be churned through making it tougher to regain ground. i bought at 6 and 7 (including some today) but unless the company provides some concrete updates on financing, revenue guidance, and restructuring - i will take advantage of spikes and trade these shares on any momentum. CC could be very productive and shed some light on the ambiguity that has helped drive the price down. however, i remain more skeptical than positive after the botched handling/lack of response from muse/IR. if they are so adept at micro cap/penny stock trading - why did they not fight back if the drop was nothing more than MM manipulation...? i am not on their christmas card list so i am not looking for a pat on the back from them.
strong buying today. first time in awhile the majority of the action was at the ASK. several have called bottom. too early to tell but it is encouraging. will wait to see what they drop on the afterhours reporting on the t trades. key to future trading if this is a bottom is how many of these shares went to long term holders vs flippers and how many long term holders bought shares to trade based on uncertainty created in this 90 day waiting period (like me).
hopefully bill steps up and clears up the uncertainty and puts the focus solely back on the strategy/business plan and presents a solid, unambiguous path to revenue performance for 2016 and 2017 in upcoming call, removes any doubt on further dilution/AS ceiling, and allows dialogue on the absurd "only 2 PRs in 2016" rationale.
