That's a classic misstatement/misquote by one dishonest conservative lunkhead or another.
He supports 'freedom of choice'. That IS the opposing position to 'right to life'.
IF you had wife or daughter impregnated though rape or incest, or if the life of the mother was threatened by the pregnancy, would YOU insist on carrying to term, or would you want a choice for YOUR own blood?

Don't deny privacy to women making health care decisions
[As governor], we worked with Democrats, Republicans and independents to get results. Over the last four years, the GOP pushed ideology and wedge issues.
Last week, they passed a platform demanding privacy for Super PACs and denying privacy to women making health care decisions. Meanwhile, Democrats fought for the middle class.
