Company Puts Out News and Gets Featured In An Article From Financial News Media with Hardly 100,000 Shares Trades So Far Today.

Market Makers are trying to build inventory. With only 50 mm shares issued and out, and clearly closely held in light of all the news, a healthy bid and now shares hitting the market – PURA is ripe for a PPS run up, but only after MM’s build some inventory so they can benefit.
CDEL is on the offer with 6,000 shares at $0.18 and the bid with 50,000 at $0.03. They want to buy and have nothing to sell.
AEXG has regularly been best offer with 10,000 (probably a magically replenishing 10,000) and ridiculously out of the market on the bid. They’re trying to short their way into a position.
