APPY is trading cheaper than it\'s Cash

If you look at the balance sheet, there is $16.60 Million dollars in cash, which is a book value of $4.28 per share. The stock is currently trading at $3.54. The stock is trading 18% below cash. The current market cap is a meager $13.7MM. Cash >> Market cap. Only $57k of DEBT. Eventually this one gets picked up, gets news, gets something to get it going.
