I have performed some crude calculations in the past, based on my own investing abilities, research, and trends and have continually found .0082 to be an achievable and reasonable goal for many stocks.
Why .0082? Often times, we see stocks run from .0001 to just about a penny, but never actually reaches it. In my mind, .0095 or higher is too close to a penny. so I ignore those prices.
If a stock has started a run from .0001 and momentum continues, often times it will easily reach .005. Typically, there will be a slight retrace in price as investors take profit. At this point, naysayers will return as opportunists in an attempt to devalue the stock. Eventually, a PR is released which brings back momentum, the price climbs, passes .005 and settles just under a penny (I find often times just above .008.
Could BSSP go above .0082? Absolutely and it probably will.
