It is however BULLSHIT to say Rosen can get off the hook by dumping it on Zagami. ROSEN lawyers had the professional responsibility to evaluate and determine whether the suit had enough merit to pursue. They were given evidence directly from the company that their suit was meritless, yet they chose to pursue it. Don't let a bunch of bullshit from an obfuscation artist fool you. The Rosen Firm is absolutely liable, and its attorneys can reasonably be called to explain why they did not act in accordance with the ethical standards of the NY Bar Association. (Yes I know that last part sounds like a joke -- lawyers, ethical, sigh.)
Despite the attempt to say that CTIX won't recover legal fees etc from this, they certainly CAN get their legal fees, and I would applaud wildly if they can get Kim and Stern hauled up on charges resulting in disbarment.
