the Apr 19 filing 0already posted by Doubloon- prepared by WOLV's lawyers-which i just skimmed- says, in a forward looking statement that Chalk would be acquiring such shares for investment purposes, not for resale " -at any rate could not resell unless sec registration statement etc.
