Am I missing something here? I must be?
When Decision Zone is sold/bougnt, Dr Chalk is going to invest 1/3 of his proceeds from such sale into 400 million WOLV pp shares.
Such shares are valued /bought at 1c/share as per the latest 10q and previous pronouncements.
400 million shares at 1c/share is 4 million dollars!! More than enough to meet the proclaimed need of 2.5 million dollars to create the app.
And the rest of Dr Chalks presumptive proceeds from such sale would be 8 million. Since Dr Chalk owns the private co Enigma this would be another way Enigma could invest the required 2.5-3 million for the arrangement between Wolv and Enigma to be consummated.
Has this been essentially ignored? I assume bashers have bashed this on the basher heaven boards which I haven't read re WOLV lately. I don't know much about Decision Zone or the likelihood of its buyout by a major corporation, partly because I'm not a tekkie.
Has any non-basher done the dd on this possibility?
I would have to reread the last 2 10Q's to see if they say anything about this.
