I sincerely hope that there are more important things to focus on in the interim. As far as I'm concerned, this legal situation is on autopilot at this point (very little for CTIX to do). I know these things take what seems like an excessive length of time to conclude but I don't see why you're grumbling about it so much. What can it hurt? I like the idea of The Rosen Law Firm taking a public chastisement and paying back our legal fees (as a first step [insert winky thing]).
