I think that there will be a lot of rightfully irritated people if restructuring plan doesn't work.
I was not pro reverse split, unless it was to up list to NASDAQ. It was incredibly risky. There are people on this very chat board that could have given the company favorable terms on a loan to pay their toxic convertible debt, and many were willing to do just that as a group
That is unprecedented for a penny stock. So is the devotion shareholders have shown towards this company. We all want NTEK to succeed.
I am hoping that the management has properly prepared themselves to move this company to the next level. They have successfully executed, for the most part, on previous plans and I hope they will be able to execute on this phase of the companies evolution. I am confident that the management and employees want this venture to succeed more than us...
