New motion filed by the legal team of the FAB 5 the FBI, DOJ and U S MArshall Office to begin an indepedent inquiry of how the SEC has handles thie case from day one.
This is the third one he has filed. For him to risk his career over something totally made up is ludicrous. He must have some info he is not sharing. YET !
