He has asked me about price average the last few calls as well.
We discussed what it would take for the company to be picked up by a bigger firm a couple of times now. The general number that had to be met was the volume of business.. At first he said 100 million and we are a target for buy out. Last conversation he mumbled 50 I think. I have been averaging down heavily and constantly. I think that the r/s is a ways off but we could get picked up. If someone buys us out at .0004 it wont hurt my feelings but I wont make as much money on this as I would like to.
I think that he is close on a couple more mergers and that could put us in a position to be bought. The price of this stock is way too low but honestly with them paying on debt they are flooding the market. I would also say that with a sub not wanting to be a sub anymore that there may be a cash-flow problem as well. I am sure the money is not gone but it may be tied up in court until it is settled.
He said to me that the shareholders could go after the guy in TX and sue him over his stunt. I do not advise that unless we lose him as a sub. That will impact us for certain.
