Notice how it took out stops down to 1.12 and now is moving back up? If this stock were not manipulated we could try to draw conclusions about valuation based on stock price. A stock trading with around 150 million market cap, with 5 ongoing clinical trials, is clearly NOT priced correctly. Efficient market theory has been disproven many times, most recently by a well-researched paper -- can't remember, think it was a U of Chicago economist.
