Yes, both P3s can be run at the same time. My guess is that CTIX will look for a partner to fund B P3 had P failed. Now the plan is to look for a partner after P P2b. If it's successful, the upfront money will fund B P3s and the partner will fund P P3. That way CTIX will have two P3s running with minimal dilutions in the next 12-24 months.
