i just called etrade again. they say i'm not the only one calling and the shares haven't arrived yet and it might be WEEKS before they come in. also, they say it's not up to them but up to NTEK's transfer agent to deliver the shares to them first then they show up in my account. i got an annoyed sigh as well for asking too many questions
