Can someone post the quote where he says they are putting the B3 trial on hold for now?

Have a shelf and they have an additional $24 million from Aspire but one thing to note is that Aspire pays based on the prevailing recent price so anther "deal" with Aspire does not necessarily mean "at these low prices." It's whatever the price is at the time, which could be much higher. Certainly there will be dilution over time.
